Students at Gilroy Prep, a charter school in the Gilroy USD, earned top marks on California’s high-stakes mathematics tests for elementary schools with the help of the ST Match program. When compared to similar schools statewide, Gilroy Prep ranked second in the state in 2013 STAR scores for third grade math, with 82 percent of their third grade students ranked as “advanced” in their math proficiency.
